1968 California license plate sticker / decal for use with your old black and yellow California license plates for the Year of Manufacture Program (YOM). This sticker was removed from an old expired plate, and trimmed slightly (size is 1-15/16 x 15/16), and has some scratches on the top and bottom edges. We have temporarily covered up some of the numbers on the picture to prevent unauthorized copying of the image. The actual sticker still has a complete serial number (6-8 numbers). New peel-and-stick adhesive backing has been applied.
