Old 1969 California sticker for use with your old black and yellow California license plates for the YOM program. This sticker was carefully removed from an old expired plate. During the removal, the sticker was trimmed just a little (1-14/16 x 15/16), there is a small piece missing from the upper left corner, and there is some light areas of discoloration. New peel-and-stick adhesive and liner has been applied to the back side.
