1971 California registration sticker, for use with your old blue California license plates for the Year of Manufacture Program (YOM, if you have a 1971 auto). This sticker was expertly removed from an old expired plate, trimmed slightly (size is 1-14/16 x 15/16). It does have some very light scratches; and new, easy to use "peel and stick" 3M adhesive backing has been applied.
