Vintage California license plate decal, 1972, for the Year of Manufacture Program (YOM). This sticker was expertly removed from an old expired plate. During the removal, the sticker had to be trimmed very slightly along the top (2" x 31/32"), with a small piece missing from the upper left corner, and there are a couple cloudy spots.
