1967 California sticker removed from an old expired plate (should be okay for the YOM program), and easy to use 3M "peel and stick" adhesive backing has been applied. During the removal, the sticker had to be trimmed, is now 1-30/32 x 31/32, there is some dark-ish discoloration on the blue background, and some light scratches along the bottom edge.
