Chevrolet Building a Better Way novelty license plate (hard to find these days). Back side is the older blue color. We purchased this several years ago, as we are not set up to make plates. There is an extra spot of red along the left edge, and a small scratch on the U. The red border has some areas where the edges are a little soft.
