The Heartbeat of America Chevrolet novelty license plate. This style, with the white background, and pink and blue graphics, is very hard to find. This is the actual plate we will send, please see second image as it does have some tiny scratches around the upper and lower right bolt holes, and along the right edge. This is a 12" x 6" embossed aluminum plate.
