1970 Florida mobile home tag, that may be eligible for registration, under the Authenticated License Plate Program (contact your local auto registration office for details). Please click on image to see a larger picture. There are some scratches and scuffs on the silver and blue paint. This is a steel plate and has a natural "twisting/flexing" which makes it appear bent.
