Vintage 1963 black and yellow California license plates (BJT 657), that as of February 2026, are YOM eligible for 1963-1969 cars. For the YOM program, you will also need an old year sticker that matches the year of your car - we have those for sale, too (click on "See Our Items" near the top of this page). These have some dents and creases in the metal, scratches, surface rust, peeling paint, frame marks, etc.
