Here is a vintage used license plate frame with several scratches, spots of surface rust/oxidation, and bolt marks. It also has some bows along the top and bottom. This will fit some older Oregon license plate from the 1930's and 1940's if they have slots. The inside measurements of the frame are 12" by 5-1/2" and the holes are 7-3/4" and 4-3/4" apart.
