Old Blue and yellow California license plates (796 BZT - STEEL), with 1970 and 1971 stickers already attached, that should be YOM eligible for either of those years. The non-stickered plate has some shallow dents, and both plates have scratches, frame marks, a few spots of flaked off paint, and light surface rust.
