Vintage California sticker, 1966, for use with your black and yellow California license plates for the Year of Manufacture Program (YOM). This was carefully removed from an old expired plate, and trimmed a bit (measures 1-15/16 x 15/16), with some scratches in the upper left area. New double-sided 3M peel-and-stick adhesive backing has been applied, so the sticker should stay in one piece when the backing is removed.
