Harley-Davidson fans, here is another Dudley Perkins Co motorcycle license plate frame (an old San Francisco dealership), in near-mint condition! There are some tiny scratches on the lower black border, and a couple small chrome blemishes next to the upper left bolt hole. The frame itself measures 7-1/2" by 5", with the holes measuring about 5-3/4" by 2-7/8".
